The avocado is a fruit , round, its shell can be smooth or rough their colorations are between the green and violet, the consistency of the pulp is soft yellowish-white, which turns green in the vicinity of the shell; the reddish color only occurs in some varieties and the ripening of the avocado only occurs when it is removed from the tree, its size varies according to the variety and can have a weight between 200 and 1000 grams. Its consumption grows every day because it is considered a super food for its nutrients as it is, the high content of oil, vitamins, folic acid, biotin, calcium, iron, phosphorus, copper, magnesium, sodium and potassium.
